摘要
在段染纱线的仿真模拟中,如何实现段染纱线上相邻两种颜色之间的自然渐变是实现其仿真模拟的核心。首先利用数值分析中线性插值和三次样条插值的方法,建立基本的颜色渐变模型。然后,以双色段染纱线和三色段染纱线为例,结合现有的基于光照模型和纱线几何结构的纱线模拟方法,采用纹理叠加的方式,来完成对段染单纱、加捻纱的计算机模拟。最后,根据实际染纱工艺中具体的工艺参数,对已建立的颜色渐变模型进行优化,使其更具实用性,应用也更为广泛。
In simulating section dyed yam, how to achieve the transition between two colors is the core. In this paper, we finish it by using the linear interpolation and the cubic spline interpolation in numerical analysis to establish the basic color gradient model. Then, taking the 2 colors and 3 colors-sections dyed yams for example, we combine the existing yam model with the color gradient model in the paper, in the way of texture synthesis to achieve the simulation of section dyed Yam. At last, based on the specific process parameters in dyeing process, we optimize the established model to make it more practical and more widely.
