摘要
目的分析高血压、冠心病与脑梗死的关系及临床意义。方法对经脑CT确诊的256例脑梗死分2组进行分析。结果发现256例患者中,高血压者140例(54.68%),冠心病者136例(53.12%)。结论高血压、冠心病与脑梗死关系密切,因此应加强对这类疾病的防治。
Objective To evaluate the clinical significance of the affection of hypertension and coronary heart disease to cerebral infarction. Methods 256 patients with cerebral infarction were diagnosed by means of head CT in two groups. Results 140 out of 256 patients suffered from hypertension（account for 54.68% ） and 136 were ill with abnormal electrocardiogram of coronary heart disease （ account for 53.12% ）. Conclusion It concerns much of hypertension and coronary heart disease with cerebral infarction. Therefore, prevention and treatment of these diseases should be reinforced.
