加味三仁汤治疗抗结核药物所致胃肠道反应120例

Treatment of Gastrointestinal Tract Induced by Anti-TB Drug with Modified Sanren Decoction

目的探讨加味三仁汤治疗抗结核药物所致胃肠道反应的作用。方法治疗组及对照组均采用2HRZE/4HR抗结核方案。治疗组采用2HRZE/4HR疗法的同时予加味三仁汤;对照组采用2HRZE/4HR疗法的同时予雷尼替丁治疗。结果治疗组58例,治愈41例,好转17例,无效0例,总有效率100%。对照组62例,治愈31例,好转30例,无效1例,总有效率98.3%。治疗组与对照组对比,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论加味三仁汤有治疗抗结核药物所致胃肠道反应的作用。

Objective To study the role of Sanren Decoction for the treatment of gastrointestinal reactions. Methods The treatment group and control group were treated with 2HRZE/4HR anti-TB program. Treatment group at the same time took modified Sanren Decoction; control group at the same time were added ranitidine treatment. Results In treatment group （58 cases） 41 cases were cured, 17 eases improved, the total effective rate was 100%. In control group（ 62 cases） 31 cases were cured, 30 cases improved in, 1 case ineffective, the total effective rate was 98.3%. Compared with the control group, （P 〈 0.05） the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Modified Sanren Decoction plays a role in the treatment of tuberculosis drug-induced gastrointestinal reaction.
