摘要
采用熔融抽拉法制备Co68.25Fe4.5Si12.25B15非晶丝材料,研究了不同振幅和频率的交流驱动电流对制备态非晶丝巨磁阻抗(GMI)效应的影响,分析了该组分非晶丝GMI比率较高的原因。结果表明,随着驱动电流振幅和频率的增加,该组分非晶丝的GMI比率均为先增后减;当驱动电流振幅和频率分别为5.5 mA和9.5MHz时,其GMI比率达到620.2%。
Co68.25Fe4.5Si12.25B15 amorphous wires were produced by melt-extraction method.The influence of the driving AC current of different amplitudes and frequencies on GMI effect has been investigated.The results show that the GMI ratios first increase and then decrease with the increase of each of them.The highest magnetoimpedance ratio of 620.2% is obtained when the frequency and the amplitude of the driving current are 9.5 MHz and 5.5 mA,respectively.
