不同雾化条件下静电喷雾沉积效果研究 被引量:2

摘要 以静电涂油机中的新型静电喷雾装置为研究对象,采用数值仿真技术来模拟雾滴在不同雾化条件下对目标喷涂物的喷雾轨迹,分析雾滴粒径、荷质比以及喷射间距对静电喷雾沉积效果的影响。结果表明,雾滴粒径相同时,随着雾滴荷质比的增加,雾滴沉积效果明显改善,但同时雾滴跑偏的情况也会增加;在喷射间距和雾滴表面电荷密度一定的情况下,大粒径雾滴的沉积效果较好,小粒径雾滴容易跑偏;对于粒径和荷质比相同的雾滴,喷射间距较大时喷雾沉积效果较差。 With the electrostatic oiler produced by Wuhan University of Science and Technology as the research object,a new numerical simulation technique is employed to model the charged droplet trajectories towards a spherical target and analyze the influence of different droplet sizes,charge-to-mass ratios and spray distances on the electrostatic spraying deposition.The results show that,when the droplet size is the same,the electrostatic spraying deposition has obviously improved with the increase in charge-to-mass ratio,yet there's a greater chance for the droplets go astray.Under the condition of fixed spray distance and charge intensity on the surface of droplets,larger droplets produce better deposition,while smaller droplets are easier to fly away.For the droplets of the same size and charge-to-mass ratio,greater spray distance leads to poor deposition.
