摘要
研究目的:将GIS与农地整理相结合,探索农地整理土方计算与调配的新方法。研究方法:文章构建了农地整理区规划前后的DEM,在GIS平台中利用空间地图代数的原理得到田块的填、挖方量,并将此抽象为供需点,利用交替式定位—配置模型实现土方的调配。研究结果:本文以湖北省枣阳市熊集镇国家投资基本农田土地整理项目为例,运用上述方法,得到农地整理区待平整田块29块,需要开挖土方435120.86 m3,需要回填土方307809.00 m3;以交替式定位—配置模型为运算规则,最终确定直线运距为200 m的调配方案。研究结论:借助GIS平台,可实现农地整理土方量的计算与调配。
The purpose of this paper is to apply GIS in farmland consolidation project in order to explore a new method for earthwork calculation and distribution. Method employed is first to establish two DEM models for the region of farmland consolidation, i.e., before and after the farmland consolidation planning respectively. Secondly the calculation of the earthwork can be achieved based on the theory of spatial map algebra in GIS platform and the established two DEM models, and furthermore the realization of the distribution of the earthwork can also be fulfilled via alternative location-allocation model, which considers the fill and excavation quantities as supply and demand point. Taking a state-invested prime farmland consolidation project as example, which locates at Xiongji County of Zaoyang City in Hubei Province, the results show that basing on above methods it can be calculated that the quantity of parcels of the farmland that needed to be leveled is 29, the needed earthwork to be excavated is 435,120.86 m^3,and the needed earthwork to he backfilled is 307,809.00 m^3. Furthermore, a distribution plan with 200 m straight transportation distance has also been finally determined using alternative location-allocation model. It is concluded that the calculation and distribution of earthwork can be realized by means of GIS platform.
