中厚突出煤层顶分层开采瓦斯治理技术研究

摘要 鹤煤八矿二1煤层由放顶煤开采转变为顶分层开采后,采空区瓦斯大量涌出造成工作面煤壁瓦斯超限。针对该问题,选取30021(中)工作面进行试验研究,制订出适合八矿顶分层开采的瓦斯治理技术。通过理论分析和现场试验相结合,确定了采用高位钻场钻孔结合顶板垂直钻孔方式抽放采空区瓦斯来解决上隅角瓦斯超限问题,采用顺层钻孔结合底板穿层钻孔方式抽放本煤层瓦斯来解决煤壁瓦斯超限问题,并确定了适合鹤煤八矿的相关抽放钻孔布置参数。 The gas at working face was out of gauge frequently for the gas pours out from the goaf after the exploitation method for the Ⅱ1 coal seam of No.8 Coal Mine changed from top coal caving to top slice caving.To resolve this problem,gas control technology for top slice caving was established based on testing and analyzing on 30021 working face.According to the theory analysis and field test,the technology was adopted to prevent the gas be out of gauge at upper corner of working face by using high-positioned holes drainage combined with gas drainage with vertical boreholes in the roof.It also was established that exacting gas along the strata combined with penetration drainage boreholes can solve the problem of gas exceeding the limit.And the disposal parameters of the drainage holes adapting to No.8 Coal Mine were obtained at last.
