摘要
针对母管制发电机组给水泵单泵变频节能改造后,与其它工频给水泵并联运行时所面临的问题,通过某电厂给水泵并联运行试验的实例,以及与变频单泵运行效果的对比,验证了共母管系统变、工频给水泵并联运行的可行性。同时,给出了在特定工况下,确定最佳母管压力和变频泵最佳频率的方法。
The article aims at the problem caused when the parallel operation is running of the feed pump of single pump frequency in the header system units after energy-saving modification together with the other feed pumps with power frequency. By the test of parallel operation of feed pump and through the comparison with the single feed pump of variable frequency in a thermal power plant, it verifies its feasibility, energy-saving effect and the limitation of the parallel operation of the feed pump of variable and power frequency in the total header system. Simultaneously, it provides the method to determine the best pressure of header system and optimum frequency of variable frequency pump based on the special working condition.
