摘要
我国煤炭采出率现行标准,仅规定了采区采出率要求,且其分类比较简单,缺乏指导性。分析了地质勘探与矿井设计阶段、采区准备阶段及煤炭开采阶段的煤炭损失,根据分析将影响煤炭采出率的因素分为3类:煤层赋存及地质条件因素、采煤方法因素及管理因素。以煤层赋存及地质条件因素为依据,建立了更为详细的煤炭采出率标准。
Coal mining ratio of current standard in China only stipulates mining ratio of mining field and its classification is too simple to instruct practice.This paper analyzed coal loss in geological exploration and mine design phrase,mining preparation phrase and mining phrase.Thus,factors influencing coal mining ratio might be classified into 3 classes:coal occurrence and geological condition,coal mining method and management factor.It set up a more detailed coal mining ratio standard on the basis of coal seam occurrence and geological conditions.
