摘要
对某500 kV输电线路失效耐张线夹钢锚进行外观检查、尺寸测量、射线检验、力学性能试验、化学元素分析、硬度试验和压接部分结构解剖,结合相关标准规范对试验结果进行分析,指出钢锚和铝套管液压不正确、钢锚的碳元素含量和硬度值偏高是造成断裂事故原因,并提出建议。
Fracture specimen of steel anchor of strain clamp on one 500kV transmission line are carried out visual inspection,dimensional measurement,radiographic testing,mechanical properties testing,chemical element analysis,hardness testing,and structure anatomy on crimping part.Combined with standard specifications,the test results are analyzed and it is pointed out that the improper hydraulic connection between steel anchor and aluminum casing,the extra higher carbon content and hardness of steel anchor are main causes for the rupture accident.Suggestions are also put forward in the end.
