Reichert's膜剥离程度对胚胎发育的影响研究

STUDY ON THE EFFECT OF THE REMOVING DEGREE OF REICHERTS MEMBRANE ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF RAT EMBRYOS IN VITRO.

将９．５天龄孕鼠脱颈椎处死，无菌操作取出子宫，分离出胚胎，选择体节数３—５的胚胎用于实验。将胚胎随机分为两组，一组为Ｒｅｉｃｈｅｒｔｓ膜全部剥离组，一组为Ｒｅｉｃｈｅｒｔｓ膜部分剥离组。体外旋转培养４８小时。结果表明：Ｒｅｉｃｈｅｒｔｓ膜的两种处理方法对胚胎发育差异无显著性。两组胚胎的卵黄囊直径、体长、头长、胚胎干重及各器官形态发育等均无显著性差异。

Nine point five days old rat embryos with reicherts membrane were divided randomly into two groups.The reicherts membranes of one group were completely removed and that of the other group were partly removed.All the embryos were cultured in vitro for 48h.The results showed that the embryos of two groups had no significant differences in growth and differentiation.
