摘要
介绍了一种高速线阵CCD的数据采集系统设计。针对CCD输出视频信号的特点,使用CCD专用处理芯片对视频信号进行暗电平校正、相关双采样、可编程增益放大及模数转换等处理,有效抑制了噪声,得到了满意的数字图像。
In the present paper a data acquisition system for high speed linear CCD is designed. Based on characteristics of CCD output signal , a special chip that contains optical black correction , correlated double sampler , programmable gain amplifier and analog to digital convert is used, which eliminates the noise efficiently and gets approving digital images.
