摘要
在中国原子能科学研究院HI-13串列加速器上使用Q3D磁谱仪用二次剥离法对26Al进行了AMS测量。结果表明,二次剥离法能有效抑制26Mg的干扰,同时又可以获得较强的束流,从而提高测量效率。在初步的实验中,26Al/27Al的探测限已达到4×10-14。对实验结果进行了分析,提出了进一步提高测量灵敏度的措施。
An AMS measurement of 26 Al was performed by second stripping method based on Beijing Q3D magnetic spectrometer at the HI--13 tandem accelerator of China Institute of Atomic Energy. High beam current of 27TAlO- and high suppress factor of 26Mg were obtained by second stripping method, so the measurement efficiency was improved. An effective detection limit of 4 ×10^-14 for the 26 Al/27Al ratio was obtained in the preliminary experiment. The experimental results were analyzed, and some techniques to increase the sensitivity were discussed.
