人力资源外包网络效率形成机理 被引量:2

摘要 交易成本和核心竞争力理论很好地解释了实施HRO战略的必要性,但未能解释HRO内部运作和战略管理问题。社会网络理论中的开放三元组结构洞理论和闭合三元组齐美尔关系可以为HR部门、雇员及HR服务提供商之间运作关系提供合理的解释。从社会网路视角剖析这两种结构的HRO网络的内部运作机理,进而阐释HRO网络的结构洞通过信息和控制优势促进HR效率以及齐美尔关系通过信任、合作、学习促进HR效率的本质原因,从而得出HRO网络管理的建议。
