摘要
采用氯化苄对木粉进行改性,探讨了苄基化木粉的表面自由能、极性和热塑性,并测试了苄基化木塑复合材料的拉伸强度和静曲强度。结果表明,苄基化木粉自由能低、极性小,与塑料的相容性好、热塑性好,苄基化木塑复合材料的强度高。
Benzyl chloride was used to modify wood powder to improve wood and plastic compatibility for better bonding.Benzylated wood powder was tested for surface free energy,polarity,and thermoplasticity and wood-plastic composites were evaluated for tensile and flexural strengths.The results indicated that benzylated wood powder had low free energy and polarity that improved compatibility with plastic.It was also observed that the wood/plastic composite made with benzylated modified wood had higher strengths.
