促进我国木材干燥业发展的建议

Suggestions for the Development of Wood Drying Industry in China

从加大木材干燥的科研投入,降低节能干燥设备的税率,对太阳能等新能源干燥技术应用得政策倾斜,鼓励发展规模经营木材干燥的企业,建立木材干燥节能减排示范基地,完善木材干燥行业标准并加强监督实施,逐步实施操作人员(干燥工)持证上岗,以及对强制关闭高能耗、高污染木材干燥窑等方面进行了分析,并提出一些政策性建议。

To improve the compatibility of wood drying industry in China,the author proposed that scientific innovations on wood drying should be increased,government tax rate on energy-saving drying equipment should be reduced,energy-saving technology and equipment（such as solar drying） should be developed,industrial standards and operation techniques should be improved,large scale enterprises specializing in wood drying should be encouraged and drying equipment with high energy consumption and high pollution should be shut down.
