四种补益中药的急性毒性和致突变性研究

A STUDY ON ACUTE TOXICITY AND MUTATION OF FOUR KINDS OF HEMATONIC CHINESE MEDICINE.

本文对灵芝、冬虫夏草、红芪、锁阳等四种补益中药的急性毒性和致突变性进行了研究。结果表明，这四种补益中药属实际无毒类物质；对小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞以及雄性生殖细胞无致突变作用；红芪和锁阳提取液对鼠伤寒沙门氏菌的四个菌株均未显示出致突变性，而灵芝和冬虫夏草提取液对鼠伤寒沙门氏菌ＴＡ１００菌株表现出一定程度的致突变性，对其原因应做进一步的研究。

The four kinds of solution were extracted from Ganoderma japonium(Fr.) Lloyd.,Cordyceps sinenssis(Berk) sacc.,Hedysarum polybotrys Hand. Mazz.,Cynomorium Songarium Rupr.respectively.The effect of the solution on acute toxicity and mutation in mice were studied.The results showed that all of them were non toxicity,no mutation effect on bone marrow cell and germ cell,Hedysarum Polybotrys Hand. Mazz and Cynomorium Songarium Rupr.had no mutagenicity on Salmonella typhimurium strain TA97、TA98、TA100 and TA102 with or without S9 mixed.,but the extracted solution of Ganoderma japonium(Fr.) Lloyd,and Cordyceps sinensis(Berk.) Sacc.Showed certain mutagenicity on TA100 without S9 mixed.It was suggested that study should be done deeply on them.
