摘要
以CATIA为平台对减速器齿轮轴进行三维实体建模,并运用分析与模拟模块进行有限元分析,最后得到齿轮轴的网格图、应力分布图及位移分布图,对后继齿轮轴的可靠性设计起重要作用.
An introduction to the precise modeling method of retarder of gear shaft is given on the bases of the CATIA,gear shaft is operated finite element analysis with the module of Analysis Simulation,finally through finite element analysis,grid chart,press distribution,displacement were obtained,it is important to design reliably later gear shaft.
