急性心肌梗死并发室间隔穿孔手术的护理配合 被引量：11

摘要 目的探讨急性心肌梗死并发室间隔穿孔手术治疗的护理配合及其与室间隔缺损修补术的不同点。方法术前配合施行主动脉球囊反搏术及Swam-Ganz漂浮导管置入,严密监测血流动力学变化;确保多巴胺、肾上腺素等升压药物正确使用。术中备齐手术所需血管补片、毡片、器械、缝线,熟悉手术方法步骤,实施护理配合。结果 11例患者治愈出院,其中2例存在室间隔残余分流,另外6例死于术后严重低心排或心律失常。结论高质量护理配合可以缩短转机和手术时间,以提高手术的成功率。
