旧水泥混凝土路面沥青加铺层的反射裂缝防治技术

Control techniques of reflection crack on asphalt overlay of old cement concrete pavement

采用沥青加铺层改造旧水泥混凝土路面常产生反射裂缝。经过分析,旧水泥混凝土路面沥青加铺层反射裂缝主要与水泥混凝土路面板的水平运动、车辆荷载的作用、旧水泥混凝土路面病害未根治等因素有关。提出了增加沥青加铺层厚度、沥青面层锯缝、破碎旧水泥混凝土板、设置防裂夹层、铺设应力吸收膜中间层等防治措施。

Reflection cracks always appear on asphalt overlay of old cement concrete pavement.Its influencing factors include horizontal movement of old cement concrete,vehicle loads and no treatment of old cement concrete pavement disease after analysis.In addition,it puts forward the control measures,such as increasing thickness of asphalt overlay,pre-cutting crack on asphalt surface,crushing old cement concrete pavement,setting anti-cracking interlay and laying stresses absorbing membrane.
