通过对某住宅楼的房屋安全鉴定与结构改造加固的实例,研究了此类房屋不同损坏部位及程度,分析和计算了不同加固手段的机理与策略,为解决此类老式住宅楼的安全、适用问题提供了一些合理、经济的途径。

Using the house safety appraisal and structure reconstruction and reinforcement of a certain apartment building as an example,this article studies different damage locations and intensities of such buildings and analyzes and calculates the mechanisms and strategies of different reinforcement methods.This article also provides reasonable and economical methods for solving the safety and applicability problems of such buildings.
