摘要
提出了一种工作于弱反型区的多输入CMOS差分对数域积分器,分析了其工作特点,基于该积分电路构建了一个二阶对数域电流模式滤波器.PSpice仿真表明,该滤波器具有较宽的频率调谐范围,更适合低电压、低功耗设计.
A multi-input CMOS differential log-domain integrator biased in weak inversion(WI) was presented,and its characteristic was analyzed.A second order low-pass log-domain current-mode filter was constructed based on it.PSpice simulations showed that the filter had large frequency tuning range,and it was suited for low-voltage and low-power designing better.
