摘要
以军委新时期军事战略方针为指导,瞄准军事斗争准备前沿,着眼反＂台独＂应急作战准备,立足我军炮兵电子对抗的现有装备状况和发展水平,采用定性与定量分析相结合的方法,对近岸岛屿封夺作战炮兵战场电磁环境进行了较为系统的研究,对指导炮兵电子对抗部（分）队作战、训练具一定的参考价值。
In this paper,military strategic principle of the Central Military Commission as a guide,aimed at preparations for military struggle forward,focus on opposing ＂Taiwan independence＂ emergency operational readiness,based on our artillery ECM equipment,the current status and level of development,using qualitative and quantitative analysis of a combination of methods,a more systematic research of the electromagnetic environmental analysis of battlefield blockade in near-shore islands,to guide artillery against the Department of Electronics（points） team operations and training with a certain reference value.
