摘要
为了考查多片小尺寸陶瓷靶组合时抗弹性能的影响因素,文中采用光滑离子法对边长为20-80mm的多片陶瓷组合靶抗侵彻问题进行了数值模拟研究,分析了侵彻中陶瓷锥的大小随边长尺寸的变化以及对相邻靶板的影响。结果表明:陶瓷锥底面直径大小受面板边长尺寸影响较大,表现出递增的趋势,但到达一定尺寸后趋于不变。陶瓷板尺寸的大小直接影响着多片陶瓷组合靶的整体抗弹性能。
To research the influence factors to ballistic performance of the target combined with multi-plates of ceramic , the targets impacted by armour-piercing bullets from 20mm to 80mm in sizes, are simulated by FE-SPH. The changes of the ceramic cone with the plate sizes and the influences of the broken panel on adjacent others are analyzed. The results show that the diameter of the ceramic cone increases with the size of the ceramic panel until some size reached. And the size of the ceramic plate affects the ballistic performance of the target.
