在社会转型这一社会结构变动时期,社会秩序的稳定状态十分脆弱,治安秩序作为社会秩序的重要表现形式,往往与社会秩序呈共振状态,治安秩序在社会转型过程中最容易出现波动和不稳定,从而造成社会失序。社会转型对治安秩序的影响是多方面的,应该通过多种途径重建社会治安秩序。

In social transition,the stability of social order is fragile.Public order,as an important form of social order,often fluctuates with it. Public order in social transformation is most vulnerable to fluctuations and instability,which will cause social disorder.The impact of social transition on public order is complicated and we should rebuild public order in many ways.
