摘要
《物权法》的颁布实施为公安机关更好地履行职责提供了法律依据,同时也提出了新的要求。公安民警要结合工作实际认真学习《物权法》,做到学法、懂法、用法,提高执法水平。
The promulgation and implementation of property law have provided basis for public security organs to execute obligations under the pertinent law.At the same time,it has set an even higher demand on public security organs.Policemen should learn property law and carry out the law conscientiously in order to raise the standards of law enforcement.
