摘要
2004年5月1-5日,调查了广东车八岭国家级自然保护区的森林昆虫病原真菌。共分离鉴定出9种昆虫病原真菌:有味耳霉(Conidiobolus osmodes)、蝗噬虫霉(Entomophthora grylli)、蝇虫霉(E.ntomophthora muscae)、摇蚊虫疫霉(Erynia chironomis)、蝉拟青霉(Paecilomyces ci-cadae)、玫烟色拟青霉(P.fumosoroseus)、球孢白僵菌(Beauveria bassiana)、紫色野村菌(Nomu-rae atypicola)和粉虱座壳孢(Aschersonia aleyrodis)。球孢白僵菌(B.bassiana)是森林昆虫的优势病原真菌。有味耳霉(C.osmodes)、蝇虫霉(E.muscae)、摇蚊虫疫霉(E.chironomis)和蝉拟青霉(P.cicadae)是广东省新记录种。
Investigation was conducted on the the entomopathogenic fungi of forest insects in Chebaling National Nature Reserve,Guangdong Provice,China from May 1 to 5,2004.Nine species of entomopathogenic fungi that infected and killed forest insects were found.The fungal species identified were Conidiobolus osmodes,Entomophthora grylli,E.muscae,Erynia chironomis,Paecilomyces cicadae,P.fumosoroseus,Beauveria bassiana,Nomurae atypicola and Aschersonia aleyrodis.B.bassiana was the most predominant pathogen of forest insects.The disrecovery of C.osmodes,E.muscae,E.chironomis and Paecilomyces cicadae represented first records of these fungi in Guangdong Province.
