Determination of Berberine and Palmatine in Shuangbai-Yantongning Spray and Cortex Phellodendri by HPLC

用高效液相色谱法测定双柏炎痛宁喷雾液及黄柏药材中盐酸小檗碱和巴马汀的含量。盐酸小檗碱平均回收率９９．１３％（ＲＳＤ＝２９％），巴马汀回收率９８．７９％（ＲＳＤ＝２．２％）。方法快速准确。

HPLC was used to determine the Berberine hydrochlorid and palmatine in Shuangbai-Yantongning spray and cortex phellodendri. The Mean recovery of 99.13% ( RSD=2.9%) for Berberine hydrochlorid, 98.79% ( RSD=2.2%) for palmatine were obtained respectively. The method is sensitive, rapid and accurate.
