摘要
为了研究枣树(Ziziphus jujuba)不同发育期的挥发物,采用固相微萃取(SPME)和GC-MS技术,研究了木枣(Z.jujubacvmuzao)幼叶期、花期和幼果期的挥发物。结果表明,3个时期挥发物成分有很大差异,分别为23、39、43种。3个时期特有的挥发物为3,7-二甲基-1,3,6-辛三烯(DTOT)、а-法呢烯和Z-3-己烯-1-醇酯,DTOT随着枣树发育逐渐减少,而а-法呢烯和Z-3-己烯-1-醇酯则逐渐增加。木枣挥发物浸提结果与SPME结果差异很大。桃小食心虫(Carposina nip-ponensis)EAG测试表明,雌蛾对苹果和枣果的EAG反应极显著的高于雄蛾,雌、雄蛾对苹果的反应也极显著的高于枣果;雌蛾对苹果浸提液的反应极显著的高于枣果和枣叶,雄蛾则对枣叶浸提液的反应最高,并且雄蛾对3种浸提液的反应值均高于雌蛾。说明枣果、叶片及其浸提液对桃小食心虫成虫寄主选择都有影响。
Volatiles of Muzao(Ziziphus jujuba cv muzao)were collected by space-solid phase micro extraction(SPME) during young leaf phase,florcence and immature fruit phase,and identified by GC-MS.The results showed that the volatile constituents were significantly different in the three stages,from which twenty-five,thirty-nine and forty-three kinds of compounds were detected.Special volatile compounds in the three stages were 3,7-dimethyl-1,3,6-octatriene(DTOT),α-farnesene and Z-3-oexen-1-ol acetate.The content of DTOT gradually decreased with the growth of jujube,but the content of α-farnesene and Z-3-hexen-1-ol acetate gradually increased.Volatile compounds extracted by CH2Cl2 was significantly different with those collected by SPME.EAG bioassays with unmated Carposina niponensi demonstrated that female moths had a significantly higher response to apple and jujube fruit than male moths,and all the moths had a significantly higher response to apple fruit than to jujube;female moths responded significantly higher to apple fruits extraction than jujube fruits and leaves,but the males responded highest to jujube leaves extraction,and the males responses to each extractions were higher than the females.EAG bioassays indicated that the fresh fruit volatiles and the extractions both contain the compounds affecting host selection of C.niponensi.
