摘要
靠离泊船舶的拖轮配置问题是一个兼顾考虑经济与安全的实际问题,在实际工作中多有争议。基于《海港总平面设计规范》和《港口拖轮应用指南》中对拖轮配置的计算方法,对助操拖轮总功率和数量的配置问题进行了深入探讨,并采用大型船舶操纵模拟器以具体工程实例对讨论结果进行验证。分析结果能够为靠离泊船舶操纵和港航论证提供参考。
The configuration of tugs for assisting ship mooring and unmooring operation is a problem of both safety and economy to be taken into account.Based on the calculation methods of tug configuration in 《The Rules of Port's General arrangement Plan Design JTJ 211-99》 and 《The Guidelines of Tug Application in Port》,the configuration problem of total horsepower and numbers of tugs for assisting ship mooring and unmooring is thoroughly discussed.Also,the discussed results are validated by a concrete engineering example with large ship simulator.The results of analysis can be a good reference for ship mooring and unmooring as well as waterway evaluation.
