Determination of Puerarin in Tongmai Oral Solution by TLCS

采用薄层扫描法测定了通脉口服液中葛根素的含量，平均加样回收率为９７．１３％（ｎ＝６），ＲＳＤ＝２．６５％，方法简便，专属性强，灵敏度高，重现性好。

TLCS was used to determine Puerarin in Tongmai oral solution. The average recovery was 97.13% ( n=6), and the RSD was 2.65%. Alismol was efficiently quantitated by TLCS.
