摘要 从列车重载牵引对机车的特殊要求出发,提出了重载机车车体的设计原则;以HXD2B型电力机车车体的结构设计为例,详细阐明了重载机车车体的结构特点;基于有限元分析环境,分析了重载车体的强度、刚度以及车内设备安装紧固件强度,通过试验表明:这些设计原则和分析方法满足重载机车车体的设计要求。 Design Principles for Heavy-haul Locomotive Body-shell are presented based on special requirements from heavy-load train to heavy-haul locomotive.Structure Features for Heavy-haul Locomotive Body-shell are described in detail taken the body-shell of HXD2B electric locomotive an example.The body-shell strength,rigidness,fatigue and fasten strength of inner equipments are analyzed based on FEM.The test indicates that the principles and analysis methods may meet the design requirements of heavy-haul locomotive.
