摘要 发展重载是提高铁路货运能力和货物运输实现快速发展的有效途径。转向架是关系铁路车辆运行安全的重要部件。本文建立了出口澳大利亚35.7 t轴重货车转向架侧架实体模型和有限元模型,运用材料非线性理论知识,利用大型通用有限元软件ANSYS对该侧架进行了静强度分析,并与试验结果进行了比较。结果表明,该侧架在各种工况下均满足要求。将疲劳载荷工况下有限元计算得到的静态应力与M系列矿石车侧架线路谱结合,得到应力谱。利用标称应力与可比构件或零件的实际疲劳特性这一疲劳分析方法,对侧架进行了疲劳寿命评估。 The effective approach of improving the railway freight transportation ability and achieving great-leap-forward development of freight transport is to expand heavy haul.The bogie is the very important part which affects the running safety of railway vehicles.In this paper,3D model and finite element model of 35.7t-Axle-Load sideframe exported to Australia are established.Using the non-linear theory and large-scale general FEM software ANSYS,the static strength for the sideframe is analyzed,and the calculation results are compared with the tested results.The calculation results show that the sideframe meets the requirements of AAR standard under any cases.The stress spectrum is derived by combining the static stresses under the fatigue load cases and M-series bogie sideframe load ores.The fatigue life for the sideframe is predicted with the method which is factual stress and the practical fatigue characteristic of a comparable component or part.
