New Type of Locomotive Fuel,Lubricating Oil and Water Releasing System Development Based on Network Control

机车的燃油、机油和软水的发放在内燃机车整备作业中非常重要。传统方法不仅效率低下、浪费严重,计量不准,还存在着严重的消防安全隐患,已经越来越不能满足发展的需要。本文设计了一种基于工业控制计算机的新型机车用油、水自动发放系统,该系统实现了乌鲁木齐机务段机车燃油、机油、软水自动发放和自动计量,对于保证列车安全快速运行具有实用意义。

Locomotive fuel and lubricating oil and water releasing is an important work in servicing operation.These phenomena such as low efficiency and waste severely and measuring error not only exist,but also have the potential fire hazard in trational method.Based on industrial computer network,a new type of locomotive fuel、lubricating oil and water automatic releasing system is designed.Urumqi depot locomotive fuel、lubricating oil and water automatic releasing and measuring are realized.It also played an important role in train running safety and rapidly.
