摘要
通过对北京铁路局管内各机务段常用超声波探伤试块普查,发现相同的试块探伤灵敏度存在差异,影响探伤结果评判。按照制作试块的基本原则,详细说明了统一各常用试块的标准,包括TS-1试块、车轴实物试块、车轮实物试块,并将各试块进行了灵敏度统一标志。运用结果表明,对超声波探伤用试块进行灵敏度标志达到了预期的目标。
Through the inquiry on common used ultrasonic test-blocks of crack detection in each Locomotive Groups of Beijing Railway Bureau,the author discovered that there are differences in the sensitivity of crack detection for the same test-block,which influences the judging of crack detection results.According to the basic principle of making test-blocks,the author tries to unify the standard of common used test-blocks including TS-1 test-blocks,axle physical test-blocks and wheel physical test-blocks,and explains it in detail.It also marks the test-blocks with unified sensitivity markers.Its application indicates that to mark the sensitivity of ultrasonic test-blocks reaches its prospective goal.
