消瘀宁颗粒剂提取工艺研究

Study on the Extracting Method for Xiaoyuning Granule

根据处方中君药的主要化学成分的含量，以药效学实验为指标，对二种提取工艺进行筛选，并进一步以黄芪甲甙含量和正丁醇提取物含量为指标。

According to the characters of main chemical components in the prescription and pharmacodynamics test corresponding to clinical curative effect, the optimum extraction process was selected from two extraction methods. Furthermore, the conditions of extraction process were studied with orthogonal test, using the contents of astragalus and amount of n-butanol extract as indexes.
