摘要
在71只小鼠上以200mg/kg剂量、间日2次腹腔注射四氧嘧啶制备高血糖模型小鼠,得到35只血糖高于9.0mmol/L的小鼠。将高血糖模型小鼠按相似血糖水平分为对照组和2个实验组,血糖分别为:14.77±6.71(mmol/L,下同),14.53±5.40,14.40±6.18,组间无显著差异(P>0.05)。对照组饲喂基础饲料,实验1和2组分别在基础饲料中添加10%的柑橘皮和10%的瓯柑橘皮,饲养1周后测定血糖,对照组为12.23±5.11,无显著变化(P>0.05);柑橘组和瓯柑组下降到6.48±1.58和6.09±1.23(均P<0.001),结果说明柑橘皮和瓯柑皮对小鼠有极显著的降糖作用。
The 71 adult little rats were injected 200mg/kg ALX to abdominal to make high blood' glucose model twice three days.4 days later, 35 rats'blood glucose were higher than 9.0mmol/L. The 35 high blood glucose model rats were divided into a control group and two experimental groups according to similar blood glueose levels. Before test, the blood glucose of control group's rats was 14.77±6.71 (mmol/L) and the blood glueose of two experimental group's rats were 14.53±5.40 and 14.40±6.18 (mmol/L)respeetively, there was no significant difference with three groups (P〉0.05).The control group was fed by basic food,the first and second experimental group was fed by food which was added 10% peel of orange and citrus suavissirna respectively.After 7 days,the blood glucose of control group's rats was 12.23±5.11 (mmol/L), without obvious change (P〉0.05),while the blood glucose of the first and second experimental group reduced to 6.48±1.58 and 6.09±1.23 (mmol/L)respeetively(P〈0.001).The results showed the peel of orange and citrus suavissima have a great effect on reducing blood glueose.
