摘要
本文试图通过对多功能机组的电气控制进行架构上的改进,在几乎不增加成本的基础上,实现对多功能机组更加精确的电气控制,使设备更加快速稳定可靠运行。大量应用新的通讯方式连接各部位PLC等终端设备,使电气布局更加简洁合理,新的通讯结构能同时提供大量数据,为日后的精确控制留下广阔的空间,不仅使性能得到很大程度的提升,而且为维护和检修提供便利。
This paper attempts to realize the more accurately controll to multi-purpose crane electrical equipment by improving the electrical control of multi-purpose crane,and without almost no additional cost,it brings the electrical control of the equipment is more rapidly,stably and reliably.The wide application of new means of communication can connect all parts of PLC and other terminal equipment,so that electrical layout will be more concise and reasonable,the new communications structure can provide large amounts of data,that can provide more accurately control in the future.It can not only raise performance in a high degree,but also provide convenience for maintenance and repair.
