摘要
焙烧天车是电解铝制造行业的主要生产设备,双联夹具是焙烧天车的主要作业工具,主要完成炭块的运输工作。本文详细叙述了双联夹具机构的工作原理,较透彻分析了炭块在夹持过程中的受力状况。同时针对生产中出现问题,对夹具机构进行了改进,并取得了一定的效果。
The calcination travelling crane is a vital equipment in aluminum manufacturing industry,and the double clamping device is a key working tool,which is used to transport carbon.The work principle of double clamping device is described and the load condition during the clamping onto the anode is analyzed in detail.The clamping device is modified in view of the actual operation of the machine and good result is made.
