摘要
对供电电源而言,因变频器的整流和逆变线路都使用了电力电子器件,其开关特性形成了一个非线性负载,在其输入和输出端都会产生波形畸变,这种非线性负载改变了交流电力线路中电流的正弦波特性,从而在交流电力系统中产生有害的高次谐波,对供电线路和负载电机造成有害的影响。因此必须采取有效措施把它抑制在容许的范围内。对此,本文分析了变频器在回转窑应用中产生谐波的原因及对电网的危害,并提出了抑制谐波的方法。
In terms of power supply,because the rectifier and the inverter of frequency-converter use power electronic devices,so their switching characteristics form a non-linear load.Its input and output will have waveform distortion.This non-linear load changes the current sine wave characteristics,resulting in the formation of higher harmonics in the electric power system,and making harmful effects to power supply and load.Therefore,effective measures must be taken to suppress it within the acceptable limit.In this regard,this paper analyzes the causes of inverter harmonics generated in the rotary kiln applications,and the hazard to electric network,as well as proposed the methods of harmonic suppression.
