摘要
滚圈是筒体的支承件,挡轮装置是筒体的轴向定位的装置。本文分析了08B189 5.1 m×25 m圆筒混合机滚圈与挡轮的接触情况,根据建立的数学模型进行强度校核。
Drum blender is one of the most important equipments in modern iron and steel corporation.As for its components,the rolling ring is the support part of the cylinder,and the blocking-wheel is the device for the axial positioning of the cylinder.In this paper,the contact conditions between the rolling ring and the blocking-wheel is analyzed,the strength checking is carried out based on the established mathematical model.
