摘要
介绍了SG610E钢板的理化性能、保证焊接性能的材料设计原则及低焊接裂纹敏感性和大线能量焊接性能试验。钢板在具有高强度、高韧性的同时,具有较低的焊接冷裂纹敏感性和再热裂纹敏感性;通过Gleeble大线能量焊接热模拟试验以及采用中冶及日本焊丝对钢板进行的大线能量焊接试验。研究表明,钢板具有承受不大于120kJ/cm焊接线能量的性能。SG610E钢板完全能满足我国大型石油储罐用钢的技术要求。
The physical and chemical properties, the material designing principles to ensure welding performance and the experiments of low crack free sensitivity in welding and high energy input welding of SG610E plate are introduced. The plate has high stress and high toughness, as well as relatively low welding crack free sensitivity and reheat crack free sensitivity. According to the welding simulation experiment of high energy input on Gleeble and the high energy input welding experiment of Zhongye and Japanese welding wire endure the energy input that less than 120 kJ/cm to the plate, the results show that the plate can while welding. SG610E plate can fully meet the technical requirements of the steel manufactured for large oil storage tank in China.
