摘要
应用瞿黄液膀胱冲洗治疗外伤性截瘫尿路感染６２例，与呋喃西林液膀胱冲洗治疗的３１例作对比观察。结果显示，瞿黄液膀胱冲洗治疗外伤性截瘫尿路感染的总有效率为９３．５％，优于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１）。认为外伤性截瘫并发尿路感染的主要病机是气虚瘀阻、湿热蕴结，治疗以补气逐瘀、清热利湿为法。
Sixty two cases of traumatic paraplegic urinary tract infection were treated by bladder irrigation with QUHUANG fluid (BIHF),and compared with 31 cases treated with bladder irrigation with furacilin solution. The results showed that the total effective rate of BIHF was 93.5%, having an advantage over the control group (P<0.01), It was believed that urinary tract infection associated with traumatic paraplegia takes Qi deficiency, blood stasis block and damp heat accumulation as its main pathogenic mechanism and should be treated by Qi supplementing, blood stasis removing, heat clearing away and diuresis promoting method.
