The Implications of Socialized Service System for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises' Technological Innovation in Foreign Countries

中小企业在国民经济中占有越来越重要的地位,其技术创新能力的改变直接影响国家整体技术创新能力的提高。创造一个有利于中小企业技术创新的宏观环境对中小企业技术创新的发展更具迫切性和现实性。文章对发达国家中小企业技术创新社会化服务体系进行研究,归纳经验的基础上,分析我国中小企业技术创新社会化服务体系存在的问题,并对我国在完善中小企业技术创新社会化服务体系方面提出对策建议。

Small and medium-sized enterprises has been playing an increasingly important role in the economy of china.Its techno-logical innovation ability has a direct impact on improving capability of technological innovation of china.It becomes ur-gent and realistic to construct helpful macroeconomic environment for small and medium-sized enterprises.This paper compares the socialized service system of small and medium-sized enterprises＇ technological innovation in foreign coun-tries.Based on the research,it puts forward some suggestions for improving socialized services system of SEM technological innovation in China.
