骶管药物注射加牵引推拿治疗腰间盘突出症的探讨

Probe into treatments of protruded lumbar inter-vetrebral disc by means of sacral injection combined with ytraction and massage

骶管药物注射加牵引推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症是保守疗法中效果较好的一种。通过该法对８４例腰椎间盘突出症患者的疗效观察，从生理解剖及发病机理方面讨论了该疗法的药物疗效和手法作用机制，并且首次将中药注射液与激素组成复方，开辟了治疗椎间盘突出症的新思路。同时阐明药物注射可解除对神经根的急性水肿炎性刺激，而牵引推拿又可促使髓核回纳和松解神经根粘连。

Sacral injection combined with traction and massage is a effective conservative measure.Depending on the therapeutic effect of 84 cases with protruded lumbar inter-vertebral disc with using this method,this article discussed the medical effect and mechanism of massage from the aspects of physiology,anatomy and etiology.Moreover,the injection of compound Chinese herb medicine and corticosteroids created a new approach to disc herniation.Meantime,it elucidated that the sacral injection could remove the irritation of acute inflammation to nerve root,while traction and massage could promote reduction of nucleus pulpous and release adhesions of nerve root.The two methods could bendfit each other and promote therapeutic effect.
