摘要
针对滚齿机调整对齿轮质量的影响,着重从差动挂轮、分齿挂轮、刀杆调整、滚胎调整、垂直进给调整、刀架角度的调整6个方面进行了阐述,对现场的生产工作具有指导意义。
This paper discusses the quality of the gear hobbing machine to adjust the impact of focus from the differential gear, sub-tooth gear, tool rod adjustment, rolling tire adjustment, vertical feed adjustments, angle adjustment turret six areas, and can guide the production work on the site.
