摘要
近年出现的"三鹿奶粉"事件使得人们对企业社会责任的呼声日趋高涨,引出一个问题:企业在自身履行社会责任的同时,要对其供应商进行社会责任管理。文章在总结相关理论的基础上,从对供应商进行社会责任管理的必要性出发,就如何对供应商进行社会责任管理进行了研究。
In recent years, the "Sanlu powder" incident makes people call for corporate perform more social responsibility. It also raises an issue that the enterprises should not only fulfill their own social responsibility, but also undertake social responsibility management to the supplier. Based on the summary of relevant theories, this paper expoundes the necessity of the social responsibility management for supplier, and the way to carry out the social responsibility management.
