摘要
互联网的出现和广泛应用使信息一体化具有了可实现的基础性物质技术条件,在对图书、档案一体化管理的内涵及现实问题进行罗列分析之后,从图书和档案的本质属性出发,提出高校实行图档一体化管理的途径是建立统一的组织领导机构和数据库管理服务系统。
the internet and its application could provide an essential condition of material and technique for unification of information. On base of analyzing the systematic management for publications and documents,and their implication and practice,a unifying management was proposed to serve the information communication by uniting the leadership and data process system.
