摘要
针对长江航道工程建设监理工作实践中的有关问题,从监理责任的法律基础入手,结合工程监理的工作特征,对水运工程监理法律责任进行论述。
To counter the relevant problems in the construction supervision practice of port waterway engineering,this paper gives an exposition on the legal obligation of supervision for port waterway engineering from the legal basis of supervision responsibility and according to the characteristics of engineering supervision in China.
