摘要
目的讨论局部大剂量灌注治疗上颌窦癌的临床疗效。方法对20例晚期上颌窦癌患者行动脉内大剂量顺铂(DDP)(200 mg/mg2)灌注化疗,同时静点硫代硫酸钠(STS),对结果进行回顾性分析。结果 20例患者有效率为100%,术后肿瘤明显缩小,除恶心等胃肠道症状外,无严重并发症发生。结论上颌窦癌的局部大剂量灌注治疗是安全可靠的,提高了晚期患者的生存质量,可作为晚期上颌窦癌患者选择的治疗方法之一。
Objective To discuss the curative effect of high-dose intra-arterial infusion cisplatin for maxillary sinus carcinoma.Methods 20 cases with clinical advanced maxillary sinus carcinoma received intra-arterial chemotherapy with cisplatin（DDP）,at the same time intra-venous infusion with thiosulfas（STS） for rescue.DDP at 200 mg/m^2.Results All the patients had a complate response to arterial insufion chemotherapy.The tumor deflated after therapy obviously.Minor side effects,such as nausea,vomiting,and reactive mucositis,were controlled by medication.No major neurological or systemic complications occurred.Conclusion The high-dose intra-arterial infusion cisplatin for maxillary sinus carsinoma is safe and reliable,can be a selective therapy for advanced maxillary sinus carcinoma.
